Bamboo is a stronger, natural alternative to wood, easy on knife blades, it is substantially stronger than hard woods; bamboo is one of the most renewable resources in the world

Boards are sealed post engraving with food safe seal. Hand wash only, do not place board in a dishwasher. Bamboo also requires oiling, because the bamboo can splinter when not cared for properly. Long-time use also makes the bamboo boards a bit furry and more receptive to bacteria — if that happens it's time to buy a new board!
